Community Yoga

Starting on Monday, March 4th, we will have Community Yoga classes on Mondays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 9am. Instructor Jessie Dawn 200 Hr YTT will teach this class at the Bynum Community Center. Located at: 200 Victory Dr. Estaboga, AL 36260.
What to expect? A medium intesity practice that focuses on connecting movement with the breath.
Cost is $7 per class / per person.
No experience is needed, we just ask that you bring a mat!
