Oxford Municipal Court is a criminal court that handles misdemeanors, traffic citations, and city ordinance violations that occur within the Oxford City Limits.

    Monday thru Friday
    8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
    Closed on weekends and holidays

    Court is every Tuesday of each week from 3 P.M until court is over
    Traffic Court every Thursday at 9:00 AM

    NO continuance is granted by phone. 

     

    Warrants are issued daily to the public as follows:

    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

    Record checks are done on the same schedule. We require a picture I.D
