Join us for this year's PARD Halloween Carnival at the Oxford Civic Center! The festivities will take place on Thursday, October 31st from 4-6:30pm.
Free Admission & Tickets for Games are: 4 for $1. All Children Ages 0-12.
Costume contest will begin at 5pm.
