PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEET IN JULY REGULAR SESSION

The Oxford Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session on July 2, 2024, and conducted business on the following agenda items:
- Chad Elder request to rezone the property at 130 Digby Road from General Business to Agriculture. Approved, sent to City Council.
- Bruce Collins/Sylvia Bentley request to rezone the property at 1322 Caffrey Drive from Residential to General Business. Approved, sent to City Council.
- Gerald Grizzard request to rezone the property at 214 Old Highway 202 from General Business to Residential. Approved, sent to City Council.
- Walter Frazier request for site plan approval for special outside events at 2250 Bynum Road. Died for lack of a motion.
- Chandler Hunt requesting a replat to combine 5 lots into 1 lot at 67 County Line Road. Died for lack of a second.
- Chandler Hunt requesting a site plan approval for Dollar General at 67 County Line Road. Died for lack of a second.
The Oxford Planning and Zoning Commission meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Oxford Public Works building, 42 Public Works Drive, unless otherwise announced.
