HISTORIC MAIN STREET OXFORD CLEANS UP DOWNTOWN

Downtown Oxford is a little cleaner thanks to the efforts of residents who participated in Historic Main Street Oxford’s fall Downtown Litter Clean-Up Day on Saturday, September 28, 2024.
The seasonal event provides residents with pick-up tools, bags, buckets, and gloves needed to pick up litter along the streets safely. Those supplies come courtesy of Keep Alabama Beautiful in partnership with ALDOT.
The winter, and final litter pick-up of the year, is scheduled for Saturday, December 7, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. beginning at Simmons Park.
