Resolution No. 2024- 111 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to an Engineering Services Agreement with CDG, Inc. related to the additional need for surveying and engineering services related to the main sewer in conflict with the proposed detention pond along Spring Street not included in the agreement with an estimated cost of $7,500.00.
