Ordinance No. 2024- 29 – Ordinance amending Section 42.4– “Truck traffic restricted, prohibited on certain streets” of “The Code of Ordinances” of the City of Oxford, Alabama. (Passed 5-0)

CONSENT AGENDA (Passed 5-0):

Resolution No. 2024- 96  – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 6165 U. S. Highway 78 W. in the total amount of $8,804.10.

Resolution No. 2024- 97  – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 36 Lindy Lane in the total amount of $184.00.

Resolution No. 2024- 98  – Resolution for the placement of a Municipal Lien on the property located at 445 Irby Drive in the total amount of $184.00.

Public Hearings set for October 22, 2024, to consider a condemnation at 100 McKibbon Street and 112 McKibbon Street,
