Public Hearing – to consider a zoning request from Bobby P. Barker, L. Megan Barker Sisson, and Justin B. Sisson to rezone property located at 0 U.S. Highway 78 (PIN59769) from Neighborhood Shopping Center District (NSC) to Light Manufacturing District (M-1).
Public Hearing – to receive comments on the condemnation notice sent to James E. and Gail R. Bundrum for a structure located at 250 Woodard Avenue to show cause, if any, as to why the structure located on the property should not be condemned.

Resolution No. 2025- 12 – Resolution reappointing Joe Whittington to the Highland Health Systems Board.
Resolution No. 2025- 13 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Lease Agreement with Ignite Sports, LLC for a home field for a competitive wood bat baseball affiliate team at Choccolocco Park.
Resolution No. 2025- 14 – Resolution renaming Bama Drive as Ed Landers Drive.
